Welcome to Airena (accessible at https://airena.app). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Airena website, mobile applications, products, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Airena, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Airena

Airena is a social commerce and live streaming platform focused on sports, gaming, and creator-led content. The Platform enables users, creators, and brands to stream content, interact with audiences, and conduct commerce-related activities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Airena. By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian laws.

3. Account Registration

  • You may be required to create an account to access features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Airena may suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

4. Creator & User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload or stream.

4.2 License to Airena

By uploading content, you grant Airena a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, distribute, display, perform, and promote such content.

4.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content. Airena does not guarantee accuracy or quality of user-generated content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Violation of laws or regulations
  • Illegal, abusive, hateful, pornographic content
  • IP or privacy infringement
  • Metric manipulation or fraud
  • Security interference or abuse

6. Live Streaming & Commerce

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted streams
  • Third-party payments governed by their terms
  • Airena is not responsible for buyer–seller disputes
  • Seller bears product and delivery responsibility

7. Payments, Fees & Revenue Sharing

  • Some features may be paid or commission-based
  • Revenue terms governed by separate agreements
  • Taxes and fees may be deducted as required

8. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of Airena or its licensors.

9. Termination

Airena may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

Airena shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Airena harmless from claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Creator Agreement (Supplemental)

Creators must comply with additional onboarding, KYC, monetization, and conduct requirements defined by Airena.

16. Community Guidelines

Users must follow platform guidelines. Violations may result in suspension, demonetization, or bans.
